Green Farm App Reviews

I like this game, and play it twice daily. But Id like the game to play in the background of other apps. When you play it, you cant do ANYTHING else on the computer, or it stops and waits for you to return.

I used to play browser version of this, so there are a couple of things I have to say. The things I liked: - customized character. Its really wery well done, the animation is smooth and appealing. - general gameplay. For its category its really good and addictive. - its free. Given other options via appstore its pretty the only viable option if you want to play something of the kind. Things I dont like: - graphics. It really could be better, but I suppose you get waht you pay for. - something very weird happens with games screen proporions on my Air. Havent tested on other macs, but it looks horisontally stretched, compared to browser version, and some interface elements become very ugly. - for some reason it gets paused every time I minimize the window (I play it in windowed mode). I guess this could be a good settings option, something like "Pause when minimized" with checkbox. Its really annoying. - the shop with plants. Browser version, if Im not mistaken, at least has categories within plants section (bushes, roots, greens, etc.). Here you have just a bunch or uncategorized stuff which is very hard to navigate, especially considering severe interface issues. As a summary - with a little work on it it could have been a very good game. But for now its just ok, nothing more.

i love this game. It is fun and it is addicting not only that but it teaches you the value of the dollar and how to spend money. I would suggestthis game to anybody that likes farm games and games where you can do things that are productive. My only concern and why I am not rating it a five is because i cant purchase money from the app store this would be reallly helpfu if i could do this and anybody that mght no how to solve please talk to me But overall its an awesome game!

Its a really great app, and I just got it too. But for some reason, when I click the "+" sign next to the cash or coins that should open a "Get Cash" or "Get Coins" window doesnt work. I tried re-downloading this app twice but I still have the same problem… Please update it, until then I will re-rate.

Why do we have to click XP and money to recieve it? Why cant we gain it automatically as we work? Also you have to plant, plow, and harvest one block at a time unless you buy cash to spend on energy! I bought a harvester and plower and I cant use them because I have no cash. I want some way of buyig energy with coins so I dont have to spend money on cash! If this Is changed I will gladly rate 5 stars

I absolutely love this game! Its so cute and I love all the things to choose from, and how you can really personalize it. But there is one problem, the coin and dollar icons at the top wont work. I would like to spend some real money for fake money on the game… Just not working. If anyone can help me, itd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The game is awesome but has one problem, it needs friends. With friends it would be even more awesome because then you could send each other stuff or traden stuff. For example if yor friend wants a cow and you need a donkey and you each get too many of the animal cthat the other one needs you could simply just trade a few. Also you should be able to look at your friends farm and help them ten times, if you help them by collecting from an animal enclosure and they get an animal you should get an exact replica for your farm. This should all be included in a new update. I will make this five stars if that happens.

This game is really fun except for the problem with in app purchases. They dont work. Everyone who has an iMac version of this game are reviewing with the same complaint. After more than 10 emails with Gameloft and them sending me to Apple only to be sent back to Gameloft for resolution I hvae to say, I am pretty frustrated. Gameloft did get back to me in a timely manner for the most part. The only problem is that they refused to admit that there is an update needed for the game to resolve the issue. They made me try solution after solution after solution even while I was telling them that multiple reviewers are reporting the same problem. I even sent Gameloft my Apple emails that outlined the problem as being within the game and not fixable without the game creator doing an update in the app store. Nope, Gameloft wouldnt admit it. So the final email I got a few days ago thanked me and that was it. There is no resolution and they arent answering me anymore. Stupid. People are offering you money and you are ignoring them and dont even tell them if you will ever work on an update. Try another farm game, I am sad that I invested my time in a great game but it can never go anywhere because I have no cash and ran out of things to do/buy.

I love this game. I find my self checking it before and after work and before I go to bed. One problem I have with it is the fact that I think GameLoft no longer supports it. Cash can not be purchased in-game (or out), no updates since it came out on Mac, and the "Sale" button in the Market has been empty for a couple of months. Another problem I have with it on Mac is the fact you can not fish. I looked for the Fishing Dock in every corner of the Market and the GameLoft forum is no help (Fishing Shack is a decoration only).

This is a really cool game!!! I reccommend getting this if youre looking for a fun game to play.

love this game. its better than farmvill on Facebook. i love how you dont need neighbors or bug ur friends to send you things. you are able to play it alone without having to bug friends to play with you. I also love how you are given a good amount of time to harvest your crops when they are fully grown. Keep up the good work. :)

I was just looking for a farming game like Hay Day. This isnt exactly like it, but it is a great replica for the Mac!

I used to love this game until I had a loved one die. i could not play for a wile because I spent my time making funeral arangments and being with family. when I returned to check on my farm I lost all my animals that I spent real cash getting. I tried to use the wisle for one cash dollar and per animal and ran out of cash so then i try to buy more and it won’t let me. I started out with 30 or more animals and now I have 2. I am so upset because I’ve been building this farm for over a year.
